Although it is best to take as little medication as possible during pregnancy, the following are generally considered safe while pregnant, but please call your provider with questions.

Benadryl, Saline Nasal Drops Tylenol (plain, NO DECONGESTANT), Neti Pot

Chlor-trimeton, Benadryl, Claritin, Zyrtec (plain, NO DECONGESTANT) Neti Pot
Cough
Robitussin
Sore Throat
Salt water gargle, Chloraseptic, Cepacol
Heartburn, Gas
Mylanta, Tums, Pepcid, Nexium
Constipation
Metamucil, Colace, Miralax, GasX
Diarrhea
Immodium & clear liquids for 24 hours. Call for appointment if it lasts for more than 24 hours.
Energy/Fatigue
B12 Supplements
Itching
Hydrocortisone Cream, Benadryl Cream
Painful Urination
